Zach Brown (Farmer)

Zach & his wife Bethany own Grace & Truth Farms.  He grew up on a farm outside of Lafayette, Indiana, and then started a career as a technology and finance entrepreneur after graduating from Purdue.  Now he is enjoying a second career as a farmer.  In his free time, Zach likes to golf and read. He lives on the family farm outside of Rossville with his wife, Bethany, and 5 daughters.

Bethany Brown (Farmer)

Bethany grew up in Rossville, IN helping her grandparents with their hog operation. She attended Purdue University and received degree in Forestry and Natural Resources. She enjoys being a stay-at-home mother and working outside in God’s creation.

Brown Farm Team (Students & Farmhands)

Callie is 9 years old and enjoys working with the animals. She also enjoys learning all that is involved with planting & harvesting vegetables as well as running the booth at the farmers market.

Adalee is 8 years old and likes searching for tomato worms, helping with the hoops houses, and playing with the chickens.

Aaliyah is 8 years old and is a twin to her sister Adalee.  She likes washing carrots, catching chickens, and watering the plants (and maybe playing in the water too!)

Liberty is 7 years old enjoys watering the garden, helping plant seeds and transplants, spreading mulch, and shoveling compost. She is our hardest worker!

Layelle has graced us with her presence for four years. She gets enjoyment out of finding worms, toads, and chasing butterflies. She has fun feeding the chickens and chasing away the hawks.

However, all the Brown girls find no enjoyment pulling weeds!

Duke is our 10 year old basset hound.  He is fat and lazy, but he is great with the kids and we all love him.  From his younger days he has earned a near legendary status among the rabbits in our area, and his mere presence keeps them away from the vegetables.

Gordon & Suzi Kerst (Farmers)

Suzi has been gardening her whole life.  She especially enjoys growing flowers.  Suzi starts all of our transplants and does all of our new variety testing.  And she is the go-to person for microgreen questions.

Gordon is our Mr. FixIt.  He has helped build or fix many of the tools we use today.  He's also very knowledgeable about growing onions and other root crops.

Rick & Peggy Crum (Farmers)

Peggy is in charge of our egg production.  Our children love helping her with the chickens.

Rick is in charge of our sweet corn production.  He's also been a key person helping us develop our land as we expand.
