How to Make Bone Broth

You may have heard of bone broth and it's positive nutritional benefits, but if you've never made it before it can seem intimidating. Rest assured, if you can boil water then you can make bone broth.

Ingredients:

Chicken frame
Water
pinch of salt
2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar


Directions:
1. Place your chicken frame in a large pot and add water until the entire chicken frame is covered.

2. Add a pinch of salt. Doesn't have to be an exact amount.

3. Add 2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar. This helps break down the collagen in the frame so that there is more in your broth.

4. Heat on high until boiling, then turn heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 12 hours or until the water has reduced by half.

5. Strain and store. It freezes well too!
